Jan opened the meeting and thanked all for attending the first meeting of 2010.  

1.        Crime in Dream Hills:  

10^th Dec:

Bag snatch, at top of the urbanisation near Via Park 3.

10thJan:

Suspicious car seen on Calle Lagunas de Ruidera.   Siver Citeron Xsara, 2 occupants.   On seeing the Security guards they sped off.

B.        Current Business

11^th Dec:

Group of children causing mischief.   Spoken to by the Security Guards and they moved on.

4^th Jan:

Street Lighting causing concern.   This has now been rectified and the problem dealt with.

Once again we have a report of garden furniture been taken.   Please be aware that this does happen, and try to secure what you can.

C.      A.O.B.

We have been informed that when you now attend the Cabo Roig Salud, you have to present photo identification with your SIP card.    Such as passport, driving license or the old type residencia card.           

We the community are requiring any garden plants that you are thinking of parting with and also any old garden tools that you may have laying around.

If you have any of these they can either be left at the back of the bottom pool, or if needed can be collected.    To arrange this please contact house no 503.
