1. Current situation Nothing new to report on Phase I. Reports of break-ins, robberies and observations circulated to all committee members. Break-ins appear to be happening at times when ‘charity’ collectors, etc., are in the immediate areas. 2. Information from Chris Poole Denise reported that approval for printing of documents, etc., has been given and 100 sets of documents have already been printed although we do not have them yet. Denise & Gerald to meet with Chris Poole again in the near future to go through them. It was also agreed that we pass on and receive information between the two urbanizations, and a communications chain will be agreed upon. The Mayor of Orihuela has expressed an interest in NHW and has requested a meeting with NHW representatives. He has also asked if there is anything we would like, and the meeting suggested more night patrols as burglaries are happening after 8 pm. Presentation of an overall view of occurrences across all phases since moving in might help to achieve this. |

3. Use of Whistles/Additional Stickers Denise has spoken to Jose but he does not have a source and is not really enthusiastic. They do not use them now. It was decided not to pursue this method at the present time. |

4. Review of Paperwork The report forms are now produced A4 size as the smaller ones were too cramped. All reports should be passed to Denise as Main Co-ordinator, to avoid duplication of information to Police. |

5. Funding 380 Euros were collected from Phase I members and the Benidorm trip raised 65E. Expenditure of 41.54E leaves a balance of 403E. It was decided to request 10E from the Phase II/III members to cover faxes, etc., which may be required for their co-ordinators. David, Doreen, Gerald and Denise to visit Electrica Directa in Alicante next week to source faxes. |

7. Introducing NHW to Phases II/III Meeting on Tuesday, 11 February at 12 noon at the Emerald Isle. Names, addresses, etc., can be taken there, also the 10E, and co-ordinators for these phases will also be appointed. |

8. Benidorm Palace 27 residents enjoyed an excellent evening. A further trip has been organized to Valencia for the ‘Night of Fire’ on Wednesday, 19 March. 19E each for the coach. 9. Local Calls / Faxes A nominal charge of 20 centimos per call was agreed. 10. Prosegur Alarms Available at 100E, this Company will allow NHW a nominal payment for every one installed on Dream Hills.
