Approval of Minutes

Jan opened the meeting and thanked all for attending.  

We are sad to report that Tony Chapman has resigned from the Neighbourhood Watch, after six years of loyal service.   Thank you for all you have done Tony and the very best for the future.  We will miss you.

B.        Current Business

1.        Crime in Dream Hills:   Over the summer period we have seen the lowest crime reported since the NHW began.   Perhaps this is due to the five night’s security being a deterrent.   Also Scott “Praetorian Guards” communicating with teenagers, children etc. that could possible cause mischief and disturbance before it actually happens.

2.                  Theft of garden furniture in the early hours of the morning. Heavy white glass top table and three chairs that have the legs taped.  If seen please contact your coordinator.

3.        It has been noted on the 30^th August that Charity Workers are doing the rounds again on the urbanisation.    We wish to reiterate the fact that this is illegal.

4.        Information passed on from committee members that on the 1^st September, Gas men once again at doors please be aware, do not let them in and do not hand any money over.
