To ensure a complete distribution of information to all our co-ordinators a chart has been prepared showing how information should be passed on.  This would only be used in the event of a situation requiring a ‘Rapid Response’.  Post boxes and hand delivery will continue as usual.

A review of co-ordinator house number responsibilities was made to ensure all houses have a co-ordinator.  This has changed several areas of responsibility and a new directory is issued with these minutes to all co-ordinators.  The new houses and bungalows (589  -  812) some of which are being moved into this month, will be covered by Denise and Gerald.

Jan has a document that describes the course of events (death certificate, burial etc ) when death takes place in Spain.  This is available for copying from Denise and Gerald.
