FAQ ON POOL CARDS

1. My Pool Card will not work?

Pool cards will be de-activated if Community fees have not been paid.

Contact the Administrator and pay the fees. A charge of 10 Euro will be levied for de-activation and re-activation of pool cards due to debt and late payment

The cards will then be reactivated by visiting the Card Technician as soon as possible

2. I have paid my Community fees but my Pool Card will not work?

You can contact the Card Technician directly to communicate with him in Spanish/SpanEnglish. At the 2006 AGM meeting someone complained about communication problems and the Administrator offered to communicate for you.

So if you prefer you can notify the Administrator who will communicate with the Card Technician and then contact you with instructions for re-activation. In this case there is no need to go to the Card Technician until these arrangements are confirmed.

3. I have lost my Pool Card?

Contact the Card Technician or the Administrator if you don´t want to communicate with the Card Technician direct - as explained above

If you lost only one card the Card Technician will also need the other card to deactivate it. That means he is deactivating the code for both cards, if not done the person who finds the lost card could use it to enter the pool. The owner gets new coded cards.

A charge of 6 Euros will be levied for the replacement of lost or stolen cards

4. Can I buy extra Pool Cards?

No
