MINUTES OF DREAM HILLS URBANISATION COMMITTEE MEETING HELD AT LA CASITA ON Friday 26th January 2007 at 10.00am

Present : Stefan Pokroppa, Anna Rosa ( Admin ) Marie Carmen, Peter Fraser, Peter Hemmings, Jeff Andrews, Chris McNary, John Halton, Angela Cresswell, Tid Clifford and Marjorie and Richard Norris(Advisory-Casita Management)

1. Minutes of previous meeting were agreed.

2. A.G.M. Proxy Forms and Self Nominations.

There will be a revised format for Proxy votes at the A.G.M. this year. The administration will post information concerning this to every household.

3. Review of Pool Repairs.

Several members of the committee accompanied Stefan to view the repairs to the swimming pool. These repairs were found to be satisfactory.

4. Urbanisation and Pool Rules.

The present rules are out-dated. They are being revised by the committee and will be presented at the A.G.M. Every householder will then receive an up to date copy.

5. Posts and Signs for the new phase (bungalows)

New “No unauthorised entry” signs to be sited at entrances to the road in between the bungalows and Urbanisation Inspiration. Parking on this road is still causing problems. A letter will be circulated to the houses concerned.

6. Out-Going Post Boxes.

Two out-going post boxes have been approved by the Post Office. The boxes will be placed in the areas of Via Park 3 and Via Park 5 but no dates have yet been given.

7. Zona Escolar.

Stefan has been informed by the Town Hall that this land has not yet been decided on.

8. Finance Review.

The community fee debt has been reduced and finances to date are satisfactory.

9. Area covered by Linda Sims.

As Linda has resigned from the committee, her area is being temporarily covered by Maggs Harris. Maggs lives at 269 and will cover houses 236 to 320.

10. La Casita.

Marjory and Richard Norris (house number 81) have offered to take over the management of the Casita along with Peter Hemmings (833) Richard and Peter have repaired the vandalised window.

11. AOB.

Marathon . Stefan is running the Marathon in Torrevieja again and hopes for donations which will be sent to an organisation in Orihuela supporting abused women.

Problems with street lighting will be addressed again.

Speed bumps on the main road and no parking signs for the turning points are being requested yet again.

Gates near Via Park 3 are being repaired. The cost will be charged to the lorry driver who has accepted responsibility for the damage.

Graffiti on the electricity box at the bottom of the road. An estimate to be obtained for anti-graffiti paint.

Bill posting on the doors to the post boxes to be discouraged. A sign stating this to be fitted. Two new doors will replace the broken ones and the broken glass on the notice board to be replaced. Correo may not allow the lockable doors on the post boxes. We are waiting for further information.

The meeting concluded at 14.30.
