MINUTES OF DREAM HILLS URBANISATION COMMITTEE MEETING HELD AT LA CASITA ON FRIDAY 23rd FEBRUARY 2007 at 10.00am

Present: Stefan Pokroppa, Anna Rosa, Peter Fraser, Peter Hemmings, Chris McNary, John Halton, Angela Cresswell and Tid Clifford.

Apologies : Jeff Andrews and Marie Carman.

1. Minutes of previous meeting were agreed.

2. A.G.M. AGENDA

Proposals were put forward for the Agenda at the A.G.M. which will be held at Restaurant Asturias on Wednesday May 9th at 10.00am . The restaurant is situated on the 332 between Carrefour and Lidl.

3. UP-DATED POOL AND URBANISATION RULES.

These will be sent out with the A.G.M. agenda to every household to be approved at the A.G.M.

4. POSTS AND SIGNS FOR THE NEW PHASE ( Bungalows )

It was agreed that No Parking signs would not be a solution to the parking problem. An alternative is being looked into. In the meantime, yellow lines will be painted along the side of the road opposite the bungalows.

5. AOB.

Graffiti problem being addressed. The sign makers may be able to help us. We are waiting for instructions. Graffiti is an anti-social problem and must be addressed as it happens.

Post Box Notice Board and Doors. Repairs are on-going.

The meeting concluded at 1.10.
