Pool Presentation  & Minutes of Comité Meeting of 23^RD January   2010 at 10:00

After quotations received from companies for renovation &maintenance of both pools

Which , after  eight years heavy use ,&water quality problems last season , algae behind tiles and missing tiles , it is now imperative that work must be done before the new season .The presentation by Olimpic Services , a Spanish Company , fully registered, and in bussines for 20 years , who are fully qualified in construction & renovation , design and maintenance of Pools , and are well known in the Valencia Community. The president and Committee have agreed for work to commence which when completed – will be fully guaranteed for five years The work will commence next week .

 1)  MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING ACCEPTED.

2). DEBTORS  Payments still VERY SLOW  of  outstanding Community Fees –which as stated several times before – is NOT acceptable .Letters will be forwarded over 900.-€ will now be summoned to attend Court . Please check Debtor´s  list on Notice Boards or contact Patricia at the Administrators Office on tf. 965710355 if you have problems on payment .To maintain services and standars , these payments are legal and necessary for the upkeep of Dream Hills  and still are one of the lowest Community Fees in the area .

AOB  3 Post to prevent  cas racing  down the side streets will be installed . New signs for Anti Dog Poo will be erected –again we would  request owners to be responsible for picking up their own dogs´poo .

Street lights reported to members of Committee are now fixed –as was the lack of Spanish Digital TV reception by some owners who were on Analogue Spanish TV – was also reported and fixed .
