Minutes of Committeé Meeting of 19^TH December  2009 at 10:00

Present; Maribel Jimenez Morales, Mags Harris, Jan Rennisson, Pat Brown, Jenny McCadden, Norman Richardson, Terry Dunn & Lowri Mitchell.

1) Previous Minutes accepted by Comité

2) POOLS: Inspections/Quotations by Construction Pool maintenance Companies have taken place After discussions on cost, solutions etc... chosen Company will be asked to arrange presentation on finding/cost /and guarantees to all members in January, 2010 and full agreement of the Committee will be made before commencement of work. Date TBA

3). DEBTORS Slowness of clearance of outstanding payments of Community fees is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE – NON PAYERS ARE USING THE SAME SERVICES AS THE PAYERS WHICH  IS TOTALLY UNFAIR. House numbers now at court will be listed in January, on notice boards .These owners should be fully aware that a Judge can make the decision to repossess the properties dependent on length of time of debt an amount owed. New owners can check existing debts on houses by contacting Admin. In Torrevieja (Patricia) on tf. Nº 96 571 03 55

4) GARDEN RUBBISH BIN. Large double lidded silver bin now positioned on right side midway down Street of Dream Hills. 1 for ALL garden greenery ONLY- NO OTHER RUBBISH TO BE DISPOSED IN IT - greenery must be transported to bin via car or by foot and NOT LEFT OUTSIDE HOUSES on road near other rubbish bins now.

AOB Palm trees in public areas will be treated for Palm Weevil by Council gardeners. Council road pavement near 409/434 reported also to Council for repair.

Copies of minutes being distribuited as usual MUST BE circulated to all by neighbours who receive them to other neighbours – there are also copies on three general notice boards to read .

Any unwanted plants for replanting in green areas – please give to either Terry Dunn(503) or John Kerr (495) who are doing a fantastic job of making our green areas attractive , Thank you.
