1) A review of the AGM, It was more efficient and shorter than previous years, The increase of information provided in the invitation letter contributed to this. The venue was spacious in size and good for sound, but it had no disabled ramps and far too many steps. An alternative may have to be considered for next year.
2) Security hours for the coming year. It was decided that the urbanisation would benefit best, by utilizing the guards (see new times in update information AGM minutes) five nights a week. Friday and Saturday as permanent nights, then three random nights. This change will start around the 15th June when the new contract starts.
3) Speed signs, 10 Kilometres for private streets. There was a general discussion as to where these signs should be placed. Please note that there will not be signs on every road, only the ones where speeding is a problem. The total cost of these signs should be within the budget of the 200 € as mentioned at the AGM, NOT 200 € each as some believe.
4) A letter to
5) Review of contracts. The committee will again this year, as we did last year, review the prices and services of our contracts. There have been several complaints about the cleaning or lack of it, in certain areas of the urbanisation. The committee feel that this contract should be reviewed as a priority.
6) The
7) Bus service. We have been requested
to write to
8) Turning circles. Again we must ask owners not to use the turning circles at the top of their roads for parking outside of their property. Every owner has the right to turn around in safety and not have to reverse into a main road. Emergency services etc, when required need to turn quickly. You do not own the road outside of your property. Your property rights finish at your walls. Please be considerate to your neighbours and respect their right to use the turning circle.
9) Green Gate by Via Park 3.
Meeting concluded at 1320 hrs.
Next meeting to be decided.
Surgery. To be decided and will be advertised on the 3 main notice boards. (T.C.)
