MINUTES OF  COMMIITTEE MEETING HELD ON FRIDAY 9^TH  JULY 2010 AT 4:30 PM

COPIES OF CURREN DEBTOR´LIST HANDED OUT TO MEMBERS AND FOR NOTICE BOARDS

1. New pool cards-issue progressing well- please note ALL OWNERS RENTING TO TENANTS- MUST PAY COMMUNITY FEES - to obtain new pool card for their tenants , if they have any outstanding debts- NEW POOL CARDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND POOL USE FORBIDDEN

2. Pool cleaning - being monitored by committee members. recent problems on lower pool opening on time due to loss of electricity- now corrected. lower pool sprinklers to be checked for direction of water and efficiency by the gardeners . Lights around pool to be checked and repaired where necessary

3. New green surrounds both pools will be treated with a rubber based paint (used on Tennis Courts) to soften surface -each pool will be closed for a day for application and drying of painting . Notices will be posted on gates.

4. Pool Guards operating well- change of personal will take place in August with same Company . Please note lower pool open daily from 08:30 to 19:00 daily - and top pool from 10:30 ton 21:00 daily

5. Hand over of Casita  to Peter and Jacky Brains now complete and successful - Please note Aircon system in Casita to be switched off after use-due to outside noise and expense

ADVISE  FROM PRAETORIAN GUARD DUE TO TIME MONITORED     

            Guards noted a large amount of properties with doors, grills and windows left open during entire shift especially in areas leading to adjacent urbs.
