MEETING OF COMMITTEE 8/6/07

Meeting in “LA CASITA“ at 10 a.m. with the following members of the committee present. The president STEFAN POKROPPA opened the meeting.

BEFORE THE MEETING STARTED MRS. TONY O´REILLY REPORTED RELATING TO A PARKING PROBLEM IN A PRIVATE STREET OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE NEW PHASE AREA AND THE TRAFFIC FLOW IN THIS STREET. ALSO PRESENT WAS MRS. Mª CARMEN RIOJA (807) WHO REQUESTED A SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM. AFTER MUCH CONSIDERATION IS WAS AGREED TO INSTALL TWO TRAFFIC SIGNS, ONE “NO ENTRY”-SIGN AT THE ENTRANCE OF C/ LAGUNAS DE RUIDERA AND ANOTHER “ONE WAY ONLY” SIGN AT THE OTHER END WHERE THE ENTRANCE TO THE GARAGES ARE.

1º PERSONAL SELECTION

SUPERVISORS FOR THE POOLS:

A total of four candidates applied for the two supervisors positions and were interviewed.

AFTER EVALUATING THE CANDIDATES, THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE AGREED. BY A UNANIMOUS DECISION, THAT THE PERSONS WHO WILL BE THE SUPERVISORS FOR THE POOLS ARE:

CLEANER:

There were four applicants interviewed for the advertised position of cleaner.

AFTER EVALUATION OF THE CANDIDATES BY THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE AND BY UNANIMOUS DECISION, IT WAS AGREED THAT THE PERSON WHO WILL BE THE CLEANER FOR THE COMMUNITY WILL BE Mr. DAVID WOODCOCK (305) WHO WILL START HIS WORK 15 JUNE 2007 WITH A TRIAL PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS.

The president and committee would like to thank all the candidates who applied for the positions and attended the interviews.

2º ANY OTHER BUSINESS

The change of the swipe card system for the access to the pools and the toilet of “LA CASITA” will be presented at the next AGM because the cost for the change was not in the budget of this financial year and the current system works perfectly.

In the last committee meeting 1/6/07 Mrs. IRENE KOWALSKI (479) claimed that the comments on the installation of the garden area park between phase 1 and the new phase of DREAM HILLS should have been included in the previous minutes. The installation will be referred to the builder of the urbanisation and also to the Town Hall, after the urbanisation handover.

            And without any other business to deal with, the meeting was closed at 12.30 hours.
