Minutes of Committeé Meeting of 6^TH March  2010 at 10:00

Present; Maribel Jimenez Morales, Mags Harris ,Jan Rennisson, Pat Brown, , Norman Richardson, Terry Dunn & Lowri Mitchell.

1)     A.G.M.2010. Open invitation to all Residents for position of President of Dream Hills –C.V.s to be presented in writing to Anna Rosa , at the Admin Officce (Inversions of Torrevieja) to be received for consideration at LATEST -30^TH MARCH 2010, taking into account the following points:

·        Position purely VOLUNTARY-NO WAGES ARE PERMITTED

·        Applicants to be residential owners of properties in Dream Hills

·        President NOT permitted to do jobs for payment on the Estate , nor allowed to allot contract to friends of Community on the Urbanisation .

·        No fees are paid to cover petrol, telephone, stationary etc. Actioning Duties of the position of President or Committe.

·        A good speaking knowledge of Spanish and knowledge of Spanish Urbanisation Law are important also and helpful deaLING WITH Spanish Services, ie Iberdrola , Aquagest , etc. For which Spanish is necessary.

The community do not want costs for interpreters.

The AGM invitation and questionnaire will be much simpler this year and will be sent to all owners begining April 2010.Also advising the arranged date (in May 2010-either a Friday afternoon or Saturday Morning)-with time and location of Meeting stated when confirmed.

2) POOLS: Cost of recent refurbishment will be report in AGM letters. To keep standars of hygiene, proposals of new opening times to be put forward at AGM.for pools –to aid upkeep and work done.

DUE TO THE COST OF RENOVATION OF BOTH POOLS AND REALIZING THAT THERE IS A MISUSE OF THE POOL CARDS THIS WILL BE CHANGED, WE WILL INFORM WHEN THEY ARE AVAILABLE.

3). DEBTORS Community fees STILL OUTSTANDING PREVENT THOSE OWNERS THE RIGHT TO ATTEND OR VOTE AT THE AGM. DEBTS MUST BE CLEARED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

AOB Internal postbox keys –if lost- new locks have to be supplied and fixed by owners (not Committee problem) but for outside key- the Committee Members have a copy which can be lent –copied and pay by owner at local Hardware store , and returned to Committee Member .
