Minutes of Committee Meeting of 3RD October 2009 at 12:30
Present; Maribel Jimenez Morales, Mags Harris, Jan Rennisson, Pat Brown, Jenny McCadden, Norman Richardson, Terry Dunn & Lowri Mitchell.
Apologies; Rafael Barcelo Martin.
The Committee would like to thank Tid Clifford for all her hard work while serving on the Committee and trust she is having a well deserved rest.
1) Previous Minutes accepted by Committee
2) Street Cleaning: After several demos and costings of other Companies it was decided current street cleaners be retained .Having received comments from members of Dream Hills the committee would request all owners to control overhanging foliage projecting over garden walls particularly bougainvillea which has thorns and could cause possible injury to passers-by on adjacent footpaths
3).Electric Light Failures: Company called out on several occasions and more powerful fuses have been fitted which so far appear to have eradicated the problems . Timers also adjusted..
4) Pools . Summer problems discussed . Further action for inspections , recommendations for remedial treatments , and costing will be put into action by the Administrator and Committee over the next couple of months .
5) Debtors Letters: Will be forwarded to debtors next week to those who are listed on the current months DEBTORS LIST. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THESE DEBTS ARE CLEARED as stated in August 09 Minutes.
6). TDT TV INSTALLATIONS . The work on Dream Hills has now been completed .Any problems (Minutes of August 22 nd did advise action) but if further problems are experienced – Please contact Patricia at the Administrators Office in Torrevieja who will advise an electrician but the cost will be the owner’s responsibility NOT the Committee or the Builders/ Administrator .
NB- Any problems owners may have MUST be put in writing and forwarded to their Committee Member for the area or put in the President’s box adjacent to the notice board and postboxes for action
